Carson Covert Davis | Principal
Carson is a young and consumate design professional. He received a Masters of Architecture degree from Washington State University, afterwards went to frame houses at the Ocean in the town of Seabrook, for a small contracting company. Then, he was employed by Douglas Landsem Architect AIA in Bellingham, WA for a number of years where he acquired his Washington State Architect’s license before starting his own practice. When designing he often thinks of Virtruvius’ 3 principles of architecture; firmitas (structure), ultilitas (utility or function) and venustas (Beauty), and likes to add a fourth and describes it as “environment conscientiousness”. He is practical first and foremost. Growing up in the town of Arlington, Washington, a brother of 5 boys, he was educated in the Arlington public school district. From a young age, he was infatuated with building things, and his passion for architecture is ever growing.
